Curious to see the animals in the woods?

From 13th March until December you can observe bears, wolves,lynx, badgers and lots of other inhabitants of Notranjska Regional Park and Risnjak National Park.
MyFido has come together with Miha Mlakar, founder of slovenianbears.com, to offer this possibility to nature fans to observe in direct streaming, 24 hours a day, the inhabitants that live in the heart of the forests of the Notranjska and Kocevska regions.

How is all of this possible?
«Thanks to MyFido technology. The system is fitted with a Vivotek video camera, a transmission circuit board designed and programmed for MyFido Boat to signal theft or arson, and also an IR sensor to indicate the presence of large sized animals. Connection is guaranteed via a router, fed by a solar panel, and SIM is supplied by Mobile Slovena.» explained Giuliano Della Vedova, owner of MyFido snc.«The battery lasts for 3 days, but as the system sends a warning when the battery is running low, Miha can go and change it, and so the streaming is 24 hours a day, every day.»

Any advice on the best time to watch?
You are more likely to see the animals at night or at dawn, but it can also happen during the day. Very soon, films of the sightings will be available on the company’s YouTube channel.
